Systematic Collection:
Mineralogy – the Collection of Minerals of Bosnia and Herzegovina holds about 2500 specimens and the General Collection about 2200 specimens. The Meteorite Collection comprises 66 specimens.

Petrography – the Collection of Rocks and Ores of Bosnia and Herzegovina holds about 1300 specimens and the General Collection about 700 specimens.

Palaeontology – the Collection of Fossils of Bosnia and Herzegovina comprises about 18,000 specimens and the General Collection about 12,000 specimens (Cnidaria, Molluscs, Echinoderms, Brachiopods, plants, vertebrates, etc)
